Arena Racing Company (“ARC”) is delighted to announce the fourth season of the All-Weather Championships will see leading online betting operator, and Authorised Betting Partner of British Racing, Betway become sponsors of three Championship categories – the Sprint, Middle Distance and Marathon categories. As sponsors of the Betway Lincoln at Doncaster Racecourse Betway already has a strong association with flat racing but this is their first major sponsorship on the all-weather. This multi-year deal sees Betway join fellow Authorised Betting Partner 32Red as category sponsors for the upcoming All-Weather Championships. The Middle Distance championship race on Good Friday, worth £200,000 will be called on the Betway Easter Classic. The 2016-17 All-Weather Championships will run from Thursday 27 October 2016 through to the £1 million Finals Day at Lingfield Park on Good Friday, 14 April 2017. Finals Day will be broadcast live on At The Races and ITV4. All races at the six all-weather racecourses in Great Britain between these dates will count as qualifying runs, with Newcastle Racecourse’s new tapeta track involved for the first time. The qualifying criteria for horses will remain the same as for the 2015-16 All-Weather Championships season. Full details of the 2016-17 All-Weather Championships will be published next week. Details of the four Fast Track Qualifiers for each Championship category are already on the All-Weather Championships website and have been published in the BHA Racing Calendar. This year will be the following six championship categories:

- Fillies & Mares
- Mile
- Sprint
- Marathon
- Betway Easter Classic Middle Distance
